ORDERING

Thank you for choosing our product

Please fill in your details carefully when placing your order.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the contact address you provided.

If you are ordering from abroad, you are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or other charges related to importation.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If the product delivered to you is damaged or you wish to return an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and our team will assist you.

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received—clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that are altered, damaged, or soiled in any way are not eligible for return and will not be refunded.

You may choose the courier service for the return. Once the return is approved, the package must be sent back within 14 business days (for international returns) or 5 business days (for returns within Serbia). Otherwise, the refund will not be processed. Once we receive your returned package, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. All costs related to shipping, import duties, and taxes (if applicable) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Please note that refund processing time depends on your bank and may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account after we receive the returned package.

DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

Miabel commits not to request or store, in any electronic form, any credit card details from users, including card number, expiration date, CVC2, or CVV code.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled within 1 business day after being placed by sending us an email. We do not accept cancellations once the order has been shipped, and customers will be notified accordingly. If the cancellation is requested after shipment, the return procedure applies.

USER PRIVACY PROTECTION

On behalf of Miabel, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only essential customer data necessary for processing and informing users, in accordance with good business practices and to provide quality service. Customers can choose whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who need it to perform their job. All Miabel employees are responsible for respecting privacy protection principles.

SECURE PAYMENT INFORMATION

When entering credit card information, all confidential data is transmitted via public networks in protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, which are the latest standards in cryptographic technology.

Transaction security is guaranteed by our payment processor, Raiffeisen Bank, meaning all payment processing is handled through the bank’s secure pages. Credit card information is never accessible to our system.

REFUND POLICY

In the case of returned goods and refund requests from customers who previously paid using a credit/debit card (partially or in full), Miabel is required to issue refunds only through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro methods. This means the bank will refund the payment directly to the customer’s card account at the seller’s request.

VAT STATEMENT

All prices include VAT. There are no hidden fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, we use Post Export (Serbian Post). All shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

After placing your order and receiving payment confirmation from the bank, we will begin processing your order.

Transit times depend on the destination country and customs procedures. Delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days, depending on local customs. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian Dinar (RSD). Prices displayed in other currencies are for informational purposes only, based on the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your card will be converted to your local currency based on the exchange rate used by your card organization. Due to this conversion, there may be slight differences between the displayed price and the final charged amount. Thank you for your understanding.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (SERBIA)

For orders within Serbia, we use Post Express (Serbian Post).
